v The Prop 8 people have filed a motion to stay Walker's ruling while they appeal to a higher court, so county clerks can't issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples just yet. It seems likely Walker will deny their motion, though -- I think the ruling is supposed to come out today or tomorrow. Prop 8 Trial Tracker says today, so I'm crossing my fingers.
