@ The Reverend Twitch. People are really dumb. I don't know how someone could tell you what your self-esteem level is... unless you're always down about yourself all of the time. It seems you aren't, though.

@ Purple.Rose.Garden There are post-its like that around my high school. It started with last years Freshman... someone there must be on a covert operation.

@ Jojoxxx I see so many people who are thin, and I think, "give that girl a burger." Now, I know there are people who can't help their body shape (thin or heavier), but this world needs a little meet on its bones!

@ petite chaton; The important thing is that you're healthy!

@ Bittersweet Kiss There is a difference between 'dieting' and DIETING. That probably doesn't make sense, but you probably eat healthy and exercise. If you do diet, you probably aren't going about it in an unhealthy way.

Love this journal! It's so true, all of it.

I've only just stopped being underweight, according to BMI, but most of the time I'm happy with how I look, despite the lack of curves.

    This was really inspirational.

There was this one segment on the Today Show a couple weeks ago that they focused on this one woman. She has a website called Operation Beautiful. Basically, it's against the whole "I'm a fat, ugly waste of space" sort of attitude that most women have. She goes about and puts sticky notes just in any public place (bathroom mirrors, bookshelves, etc) that say things like "You're beautiful, smile". That totally changed my life.

According to BMI charts, I'm considered overweight, but personally, I love my shape. Their ratings can get over it.

I'm 21 and 6 foot. I weigh 13 stone. People call me overweight, I just say: "No, not overweight, just higher and bigger than you." Then, sometimes I hear people talking on how I have low self-esteem. I don't, I just have low self esteem for everyone else.

V Exactly! Oh, I'd like to include that sexual performance is enhanced only when people are comfortable with the way they look, be it big or impossibly skinny.

People underestimate how beautiful (and HEALTHY) they really are.

Its a proven fact that body size can lead to fertility problems too, provided that someone's too skinny or small (depending on BMI of course.)

And men (or women) seem to find the flaws more attractive than the perfection itself. I read that somewhere, I think.

Good on you for popping out this journal.
