Aaaaahhh!

Don't delete the stories saved on your computer. I get the compulsion to permanently get rid of every piece of writing you think sucks, but don't do it. You'll regret it. If you just can't stand to look at it anymore, move it out of your documents file and put it somewhere you don't usually look or save it to a disk and then put the disk away.

I've deleted/lost a couple of my first (and horribly written) stories and whenever I think of it, I ache a bit. It's stuff I'd never post on the site because it's just so terrible, but sometimes the urge to look back on how you started bubbles up. I still have my first stories (aside from the couple that's gone) and as bad as they are, it's just wonderful to have them. To be able to look at it and compare it to how far I've come.

Anyway, I'm a big fan of the fantasy genre and if you ever do get that story started, feel free to drop me a link.

As for stupid people, I don't think there is. Stupid people rub off on me all the time, and I'm supposed to be "smart."
