I've gotten insulted since a kid for my vocabulary, it's really an insult to me to know that I'm the same speices as some of those people. Like honestly, high school and a teacher still has to teach simile and metaphore.... It saddens me.
The best I can say to you is wait till you're in college and take the entrance exam. Get good marks and you get put into a class with actual intellects.

    Mhmm.
Ehe and speaking of raising hands in class - it's a bunch of bull when no one in class raises their hands multiple times, and when you do more then once the teachers don't bother to call on you anymore.

Needless to say I don't even bother raising my hand in class. The teachers always pick the jerk that's sleeping in the back so they can embarrass them. Forget actually teaching the students something. O.o

I know exactly how you feel, NO ONE reads except a couple of my friends and other kids. I'm always hesitant to raise my hand in class cause I feel like I'm showing off or something. Oh well..
