I haven't been in this situation before, but I'm going to attempt to help anyway.
As PaleLover said, you could tell him about your feelings and that could help get it off your chest.
But this is going to help you, in the long run. Every 'mistake', every love that isn't quite right helps you in the lead up to that one guy who you're going to marry. Just keep that in mind.

Unlike the other comment *rolls eyes* i think it'd be better to talk to him. Sure, he's gay. Sure, you like him. Sure, everythings to good to be true.

but if you really do like him as you say, don't you think friendship is better than just nothing?

you could tell him that you like him, may it be as a friend or more, but in order to really like him you have to understand him. Be happy, its not every day you find a gay, but amazing, friend.

but yes, I do know how it feels. I just let it be. I haven't seen him in like two years, and I'm pretty sure I'll never see him again.
