What exactly are you asking? Because I might be able to help.

So, I clicked on this because your username is awesome...but I'm not sure I totally understand what you're asking. If you mean that your layout isn't showing up on the chapter, but it shows up on the editor, that's happened to me before...and some people have been able to see it, and others could not.
