There are comment swap threads, if you click on the forums tab you should be able to find them. You can also post a whoring or comment swap journal :) But yeah, just keep writing and you'll definitely get a couple readers at the very least.

The best way to get readers is to have good writing skills. There are forums where people exchange comments and all that (:
