After my last breakup I was nauseous for two weeks. I couldn't eat because I thought I was just going to get sick again. Time really helped, but talking to someone would have sped up the process a lot faster. Sooo.. I agree with the other commenters, therapy might help be able to help <3 After all, that's what they're there for.
Sometimes after a break up, people can make themselves sick and it can be all in your mind. I do think going to see a counilor or therapist is the best idea.
