Ringgold, Georgia was hit hard too..
and it's about thirty minutes from where I live.
I have family in Alabama...my grandpa lives on Sand Mountain.

All those storms started back here in Texas, we never thought they'd get that bad. I hope your loved ones are safe, and I hope everything can be cleared up soon. Not all things can be fixed, but they can heal.

*hugs* I'm so sorry. I've been hearing about the tornadoes that went through Alabama and it's just devastating. I've only ever been through a tornado once in my life, and it wasn't nearly as destructive or fatal...my heart goes out to you and to everyone else who's been through this, especially those who lost loved ones and homes.

I hope your friend can find a place to stay. Do they have emergency shelters for this sort of thing in your area?
