I used to feel the same way :) So no worries. Hold comment swaps like they said below! I do those all the time. It is a great way to gain readers and subscribers, and if you ask, they dont mind giving constructive criticism :) So hang in there! There is also a story comment swapping thread too!

Well, it could be the time in which you post. I noticed that if I post later (my time) then I get more views. Also, I post when not many people are so my story stays on the front page (xD I'm so boss lawls)

You could take a stab at comment swaps, since more people do that because its a way to read a story and get a comment on your own as well.

And umm... don't lose hope? That's my best advice ^-^
