Oh, and there's this Malaysian food called nasi lemak. It's usually eaten during breakfast. It's basically rice cooked with coconut milk, and we have the spicy sauce (consists of dried chillies, onion and garlic all mixed together and cooked with anchovies). We served it with cucumber and eggs (fried or boiled).
It has everything, protein, carbs, vitamins, calcium. But it becomes unhealthy if you over-consume it because of the coconut milk. It has high calories. I know I don't explain the food right because I just can't think of the right words to explain it now.
My mom used to make this celery+pineapple+orange juice. Without sugar. And I don't know about other people, but I like the taste. My brother said it's disgusting. I guess it depends on people, really. I never go to any health websites. As for songs, I love to listen to Jump by Simple Plan whenever I feel like working out because that song just makes me want to jump. ^_^
Right now I'm eating a lot of cherries! One of my favorite fruits :3
Songs I like to work out to: 1. Anything by Metallica, Judas Priest and Iron Maiden. 2. I don't know why but the song Eye Of The Tiger by Survivor really helps me work out. Same with The Final Countdown by Europe. XD 3. Most upbeat Bon Jovi songs (We Weren't Born To Follow, Wanted Dead Or Alive, Bad Medicine, etc.) are great to work out to.
