Go for a run. =) Actually I don't but apparently it helps. I go for naps. Or crawling into my mom's bed and saying life sucks and hiding under the blankets while she gives a random weird look >.< Watch a sad movie. It gets all the crying out. If it's anger...watch a horror movie. I also draw, write, or harrass my dog. Nothing makes me feel better like beating my dog at a wrestling match >.<
