Computer, music, and writing in the dark. It doesn't really help, but it makes me feel cut out from my house for a bit.

Or crawling into my mom's bed and saying life sucks and hiding under the blankets while she gives a random weird look >.<
Watch a sad movie. It gets all the crying out.
If it's anger...watch a horror movie.
I also draw, write, or harrass my dog.
Nothing makes me feel better like beating my dog at a wrestling match >.<
