I made up with an ex best friend and then broke things off because she didn't change the things I got mad at to begin with. I think true friends can just apologize and fix things in a flash because their friendship is pure. If someone is just using me, bye bye biotch.

I don't think she made the right decision by not letting you talk to her personally and try to calm down the situation so you two to become friends again. However, I do think you should go talk to her and tell her how you just want to be friends with her again and not get in fights with her.

You should talk to her, I mean life too short to hold grudges.
Plus it's your senior you should spending it with your friends not by yourself.
