I don't think it's weird. I dated a guy 2/3 years older than me (our birthdays were four months apart) when I was 14 and then again when when I was...16.

No it's not weird....maybe you should talk to your parents and tell them you'll set up boundaries about what you can and WILL NOT do because they could charge him with statutory rape and the such. So don't try and sneak around because then your parents will assume you're having sex, and if you are...use a condom and birthcontrol...you're so young...

My parents are divorced now, but they were married for 33 years. My mother is 52 and my father is 74. They have a 22 year gap between them, and although the marriage fell through eventually, they were very much in love. I don't think you have anything to worry about.

No, it's not odd at all. My boyfriend is five years older than I am. I've always dated people older than me...the only thing I have a problem is, when they're older than my parents, that kind of bugs me.
Age is just a number..just be wary of the legal issues and whatnot.
