    Your mom needs to keep her thoughts to her self and have respect. That's cruel and there's no excuse she could use to make it acceptable.

    Tell her straight up that she's being insensitive and hurtful uh without the fighting but that's probably unlikely. She is your mother and she does have opinions even though they can suck
