O.o" Hmmm. I see where you're coming from *is too nice for her own good* but like countless others have said, if you don't like it, don't read it. This site is a friendly community for all of us to express how we feel and share our writing with everyone. It's because of our sharin that we grow to be better writers in the end. And like someone had said in a previous comment, real time publishers can be extremely brutal and there are a lot of books that are the same way as some of the stories on this site. Beggars can't be choosers and we can't all please everybody.

Sunshades: Technically, this whole journal is bashing. It contains far more bashing than any of these comments. This is clearly against site rules and must be either taken down or reported.

I generally don't like commenting on too many journals, but this one kind of offends me, and I'm going to say why without bashing you--because, as we all know, Mibba is a place where all opinions should and can be shared equally, yours included.

For me, Mibba is a place for growing as a writer. It's helped a lot of us grow and get better, and I honestly don't think I'd be half the writer I am now had this site not been here to help me. Yes, there are a few stories out there that lack "substance" as you put it. But aren't there published books that are written the same as some stories on here...and yet lack the same "substance?"

Also, while you're fully entitled to your opinion and I'll support the idea of the freedom you have to express that opinion, the format you put it in and the words you wrote it in could be considered bashing, which isn't allowed on any part of the website and could get you in trouble. It's not nice to insult people, and I'm pretty sure it's safe to say that quite a few people are offended by the way you wrote your opinion out...as evident by the four pages of comments.

^_^ Even if I don't agree, I think you sound like a pretty honest person, so kudos to you. Have a good day.

Calm down folks. If she feels this way that's fine. She is expressing her journaling rights. Some of your various unnessacary comments could be considered bashing.

v It's not but some of us, like myself, just can't help themselves. For me these journals are too good too pass up. I just like to see how many insults I can get thrown at me when I comment. I was called a bitch so I think I did a good job with this one. =)

Is this really worth the four pages of comments it has?
Really people. Everyone needs to calm down.
I'm not saying that what was said here was not mean or something but it needs to be understood that not everyone is gonna love what you write. Critics in real life can be much more brutal, and even less polite.
So everyone just breathe. Not trying to start anything just calm down. Hasn't there been enough drama on here already?
