I can't help you there, I'm at the I'm not tired anymore stage.

1. I'm alright, I need sleep though, I was hardly able to function at work.

4. I should go to bed, but I'm not tired at all. And I need to start packing soon to go back to school.

Ah...I'm an insomniac myself - 11 years and still going strong xP . What helps me fall asleep is music. Pink Floyd mostly, their soft stuff, but that's just me :]
