A lot of people on here are right. It'll be just like Quizilla, people making up stories with endless story names just to be noticed. I like how Mibba is, no one will get discouraged if their story doesn't make the list. And there is the Genre section, people just read what they want to read. That's how unpopular stories get popular and popular stories stay popular. If there's only a popular list, no one will pay attention to the not popular's. You get it? :3

Eh, no. Because most of the stories the people read are the stupid band fanfics and those suck a$$. Just sayin'.

I don't really think this would be a good idea because, like Lisabeth Love said, people will be discouraged that their stories are up on the list.

Some users may get offended as well if their storie's don't make the list. Especially if they're really good ones that are well written. We would pretty much be seeing the same users on the list every week. I honestly don't think it would be a good idea.

I think that's a cool idea. :D It'd be interesting just to see what the most popular stories are. & I don't think it'd be unfair to see which category would be the most popular... xD whether it be fanfiction or original, they earned their comments/subscribers the same way anyone else did.

V Yes! I agree with the popularity by type then but the popularity over all would be unfair. :/

That might be smart. Like you could ONLY see the most popular by genre and not over all stories.

But that's why there could be most popular by story type. So you don't have to read the bandfiction stuff and just go to original or true. I'm not a big fan of those either so i get where you're coming from.

I agree with Tygra. I think it'd be nice to just see who has the most comments but them I realize it's probably just a fanfiction. And some people only write originals so the originals wouldn't be noticed as much :/

The most popular stories list is a bad idea in one way because then people would be flocking to the stories that all have ten stars, and no offense to those who have ten starred stories, but some of those stories aren't well written because of all the spelling and grammar mistakes. And then most of popular stories would be nothing but Bandfiction and bandfiction slash. That would mean original stories and other fanfiction would be ignored like they are right now. It's already bad enough that some people delete their chapters and repost them after editing them to get more stars and comment on their stories to start up conversations with their readers. So, yea. :/

You could post this in the Suggestions section of the forum and see what others think. :3
