I'm sorry, but the only help i can give you is that you take it a bit at a time. Take a deep breath before you start each one and do your best with it.
Taking deep breaths supplies your brain withoxygen and therefore you think more clearly about things.
You'll be ok xxx The trick is to not worry about these things. I know that's easier said than done, but think about when it's all finished. You won't have to face them again xxx
