I've got two:

Skylines is Gerard/OFC set in 2001, starts with 9/11 and then moves on from there.
Capitol is a Killjoy!MCR crossover with the Hunger Games trilogy. It's Party Poison/OFC, or well, it will be.

The only good MCR/OC story I've gotten into on here is one about Frank, not Gerard.
The rest are all Frerards. <3
But alot of the Killjoy centric stories are Gerard/OC.
