My hometown is small. Anytime you tell someone about Chatsworth, Georgia, they are like where is THAT?
    lol
I have to tell them it's two hours North of Atlanta and 45 minutes South of Chattanooga, Tennessee.
I might as well consider us part of Dalton, which use to be the Carpet Capital of the World....yeah, not so much now.
With all of the Shaw plants closing, including my dad's, so he will be completely out of a job in a few weeks, the places around here are suffering.

I work at Subway in a small shopping center, and the lady next to us closed her photography shop, that hurt our business, the other Shaw plants closing in our town hurt our business.

That sounds perfect! Oh my gosh. But that's another thing I love about the town: the people. The locals are really, really fun, though there are tons of retirees that come here and they're pretty cranky, but some of them are awesome. The tourists are so great too! They're really fun to talk to, and I love the diversity of people that come around here.

But I loved Jaws! Hahaha. I saw it with my dad a bit ago and it was really cool :)

I remember we had to watch Jaws in our English class, it was scary ... Anyway, that really sucks, I'm sorry :( I'll visit your town!

I love my home too. My town is a small, historic market town in the English countryside. It's very ... quaint. It's actually built around a castle and the castle itself has lots of history to it involving Oliver Cromwell, Catherine of Aragon, Edward I, Henry III ... The town also has a large brewery and the beers and ales are delivered to the all the (many) local pubs by horse and cart still. Then there's this huge hill which looks over the surrounding countryside where a war between Royalists and Parliamentarians was once fought. I really like the people too ... everyone's kinda weird but in a good way and the general attitude towards everything here is really laidback.

Aw. I love little townships like that. I live right next to the James River, and right across from us is Surry County, which is the same way--really really tiny and the biggest thing there is the Nuclear Power Plant on Hogs Island.

Thats how it is where my grandparents live in New Jersey. :/

And I live in a sort of town right next to a bigger town, which is technically part of it, but it's not. The main town is next to a big river, which has actually been the reason for flooding, and was voted most polluted river in the US, (lol, great, yeah?). We're a big college area, so a lot of places are clubs, resteraunts, and entertainment places. And hospitals.

But my little township thing that I'm in doesn't have any stores or anything, just a bunch of hicks and everything. Lol.
