Hmm.. Not sure I'd classify Avenged Sevenfold as "heavy metal" or even just plain "rock". More of a alternative rock or pop-rock. I know a lot of fans of theirs will defense them..but, listen to one of Avenged Sevenfold's songs then Black Sabbath..
I don't think there's any doubt as to what genre Avenged Sevenfold is.

If I were to vote (like the user before me, it seems a little superficial..), it wouldn't be for Brian Haner Jr. or M. Shadows..
Call me crazy, but I don't find them attractive at all.
