    It isn't wise to consult in such a question here. The only people who can tell you that are the medical professions you meet face to face. They will have a better diagnoses as they can view your behaviors.

    I'd not ask the internet, but a doctor instead. The internet will only provide you with what you want to hear, in the end.
    If the doctor thinks you have a problem, they will refer you to somebody else :)
