    I don't know why it would do that...
    You could try just deleting everything in your CSS and HTML, and then waiting, and then changing it. Sometimes it lags, or I don't know, it's touchy. I have no idea why it would do this though...

    Sometimes theres two codes to copy, one that goes in the CSS box, and one that goes in the layout/html box.

    By the looks of it you've only changed the CSS code
