Look, I have seen your pictures. Your nose looks fine. I don't get why you are taking out a loan for a nose. You wont EVER be happy again without it? "I can finally be happy again." Seriously, is your outer appearance so important to you that without it "picture perfect" in your mind, life is hopeless?

I mean, that's what it sounded like. Maybe there's something I just don't know. What is the problem with your nose?

Good for you. My friend got hers done s well a couple years ago and she was thrilled about it. It broke when she was little, but then something happened again and they fixed it for her.
