Even if he is just threatening you and wouldn't actually do it, you can still call the cops because his actions are still illegal. Threatening to rape someone is firstly, a criminal threat and secondly, sexual harassment. Calling the cops is your decision, but I'd definitely at least let your parents know what this boy is saying to you.

v; Like I said, you have to believe that he's not talking crap, you have to think of what could happen if he's serious. If you have proof, they'll believe you. I don't see why they wouldn't. Especially if you show them the messages you posted earlier, at the end when he said "get raped".
