If he has a girlfriend why would he want you to return him a kiss on the lips period? I get the whole flirting thing though, I had a guy friend like that but he only hung around girls and hardly ever any guys. Honestly I think he isn't being fair to his current girlfriend but that's just me. If my boyfriend was doing that with another girl i would break up with him.
