That happened to me when I was little, three nights in a row. Weird thing is I would wake up and the blood would be gone...but I know it happened because I know the feeling of a nosebleed. It's nothing major. (:

But, random nosebleeds happen from time to time. I get them on occasion. If they become a regular occurrence, you may want to go to a doctor just in case. Otherwise, it's nothing really to worry about as long as your nose doesn't bleed too long. ^^

I get nosebleeds often. I don't know why but you're not alone =] If it's too frequent don't be like me go get it checked out.

It could possibly be an allergy-induced nosebleed as well. My brother gets those all the time during the summer.

You were probably just having a nosebleed, which is totally normal. It's usually because your blood is too thin.
