You're fifteen years old. No, this isn't what your life is going to be like from now on.
And this isn't a chastisement for your age. This isn't a "shut up you're 15 you don't know what you're talking about." This is a "You're young enough that you have time to turn things around." And yes, it is something in your control, even when it doesn't feel like it. Don't resign to misery when you have the opportunity to make it worth it.
Take this as experience, later in life when something worse happens you will know to react to it :)
