thanks but honestly it's how I feel every time I eat, I try my hardest not to think the way I do, but I can't help it it's like it's programmed into my brain or something, and more worryingly, when I don't eat I feel strong, like I've achieved something, but thanks anyway what you said made me feel a bit better

Stop caring what the f anybody thinks of you. If someone would think of another human being as a pig for eating, they're sick and their opinions are invaluable.
