Tell your mom that he's not treating you and your sister well. Password lock your laptop so he can't use it without your permission and hide it when he's gone. Also, if he's going in your room without your permission, tell your mom you want a lock because you don't feel comfortable with an unrelated male in the house and no lock on your bedroom door.
