I know it's mothers day but I just had to get this out. - Comments

My grandmother just told me to not get fat, and I'm becoming wide. O_O Both of my grandmothers do that, actually, but it's not nice to hear that you need to lose weight from anyone.

My mom was the reason I had an ED when I was a kid...whenever I'd eat she'd say,"You don't need that." or whisper to my brother that was a fat@ss.

Honestly, the only time I'll say anything about what my kids eat is if they aren't eating healthy enough and even then I'll say something like,"You need to eat less sweets and eat some fruit. It's good for you." but I won't take stabs at their weight.

in all seriousness though, don't let it get to you,
some moms are like that.
she probably just wants the best for you.
