    You need to tell someone
    Their parents or a teacher or your parents or a nurse
    Anyone who can help you
    You're not a counciller (well...im assuming youre not) you can't be expected to take on and deal with their problems, though you are their friend i know. Getting them help is about the best you can do for them right now,

    I'm sorry to say that but the only thing you can do is talking with them quite seriously... don't overreacted, don't deal- keep things as bright as you can with all reality stuff. Maybe suggest them something they can turn on to instead all this...
