I completely agree, you shouldnt need someones permission to use ther ideas. That be like asking whoever created cookies 'Can i have your permission to make theses cookies?' No, its stupid. Thanks for saying this cause its true.

People are asking the one member (dandygrrrl) because she is the original creator of the dom/fertile au. She came up with it. It was never used before her writing in anything so yes, people need her permission.

Dude, YES. Someone actually had the same thought as me, hallelujah. Nowadays, it's nearly impossible to find a story that hasn't been done before. At least, if you are refering to the general topic; all stories always have their own flair and twists. So... whatever. XD

Reading your entry I noticed something that's not true though C: because authors aren't asking the user that created or started posting stories like this about plot, but for permission to use the species in their stories C: plot differs C: I mean it's like with everything else - maybe there was a person, who first started writing books about vampires... For example. And other writers saw that it's a cool idea C: so thaey started using it too - plot differed, just like in books about humans C: maybe they didn't ask anyone a permission to use the species, but idk how it's in the adult world, but I guess here we're usually nice to each other, so we're giving credits C: I'm not sure if that made sense... :/

The only reason I asked is because I didn't want to get reported.
That's all. I mean I think my stories on the Dom fertile stuff is unique, I've been told that a lot.
An I do agree with you.

Don't feel stupid, I didn't really understand it at first. I still don't completely get it, I just Googled it lol. It's usually referring to vampires, and there's one who is the dominant one. Usually, owning others, vamps or humans, and they keep them as their slaves for various things, usually sex.
But then they tie in the fertile thing. It's where a vampire or male (something odd) can become pregnant.
I might be off on things, but that's my understanding on it. And the dom in the story doesn't always have to be like, a sex slave owner.

    Yeah, you are right.
Maybe it's just because the user was the first to start using the idea in writing?

True, and I agree. But the idea has been in movies, books, and other such things for years and years.

I've heard differently. Even if it isn't that person's idea, though, the idea had to come from someone.
