Ah band camp. I loved it when I was in highschool. Though the heat, carrying a large drum of some-sort did get annoying, it always seemed to be the event of the day.
Some of my best bonds I've made came from being in band, and we hang out still being 3 years out of highschool and doing our own things in life. The people that play in band have a different, more likable personality than someone who doesn't imo.
Hope this new bond of yours is as good if not better than the ones I made, cause they are truly special.
