    To put a picture or banner in your blog, edit your blog layout. First click on Content. Then, under Content, go under Background and add the URL to the picture/banner next to Image. Then go to Title. Under Title, go to Box. You should see Margin. Under Margin you see "Top". You can drag the dot all the way to the right and see if that works, But if it cuts your image off, add your own px number. Try 400. That seems to the the lucky number for me.
