I second Bad Books! They're great. You could also try...dare I say it...Muse, Bright Eyes, Death Cab For Cutie, Five Times August, City & Colour (Dallas Green is amazing), Jason Walker, Landon Pigg.

Uh...I think the majority of those aren't fast...well except Five Times August and City and Colour.

You should just listen to Bad Books or Manchester Orchestra! They're in that solid medium and they rule.... :)

Try something like this -- nothing that is fast paced or gets your heart rate up.
