Haha, it's no problem! I like helping out other writers; it's hard to get published, so we should help each other in whatever way we can. I'll keep promoting with the other members of Generation 21 (that's my organization). I sure that they'll love Hourglass; I know that I do.
And will do! Thanks so much for offering feedback!

Thanks for the offer! It's not on Mibba, yet; I mean to post it, though. I'll tell you when I do.
By the way, I posted up a link to your story on the Facebook page of an organization that I founded. I hope that gets you some new readers.

Oh, I would love to be published! It's pretty much my great dream in life, and it would be amazing to have it as a primary career. The book I've currently devoted my life to coddling into reality is called How the Elves Stole Christmas. I would love to get opinions, but... :(

My writing tends to get boring when I don't like the scene, haha! But then I add that scene to simply get from one place to the other!
It's funny that you say that because I'm the same! It gets to a point where I have to stop myself from thinking and say, 'woah, wind it back a notch! There needs to be a limit!'
I actually received some feedback for a chapter I put up for my finished book... I'd say my book is directed towards younger readers! -.-

@ xXLoveForEternityXx Haha, my first story started out really small, and I was only planning for it to be one story. However, over time the world just grew and grew, and things/characters started to intermingle. My imagination just wanders. I usually have the urge to finish ASAP as well, but that tends to not work for me very well. When I rush writing, it just comes out awfully.

I am quite the same, though I will write the entire book, then dislike it and rewrite the whole thing. Mine also is just a hobby beside my work. I seem to be able to write in the space of about six months... I'd probably go insane over 7-8 years! I just have this urge to finish what I started asap!

    Thanks for your comment!

I plan to get some of my work published; I hope to anyway. I have been working on this single story world for about 7-8 years. When I first started, I would write, write, write, (I got to about 72 pages once), but then I would hate what I had written and start over. As of right now, I'm getting all my ducks in a row with the characters, settings, and things like that. I'm trying not to rush it, and I'm going to attempt the first story again.

I don't think I'll ever make writing my prime career. I don't know; I haven't really thought about it.
