Yeah, I know how you feel. Anyone I try to be friends with writes me off, or just uses me in general. It sucks. I'd love to have friends but I guess that's just the cards life drew.

Luckily for you, it's a big world and I don't know your plans, but as you're 17 I assume you're leaving school next year and will be going to college/getting a job. Unfortunately, people aren't very prone to forget when someone lies, etc. Not saying it's "right", just saying that's something people rarely forgets. But sooner or later you'll be in another school, with other people, who won't know anything of your past and then you can make new friends.

What happened to you is nothing to judge you by, in my standards. For God's sake, I'd be your friend! Not only because you seem to have a wicked personality, but because I like generally unique people. Everyone makes mistakes and 97.9% of the population likes to make themselves feel better by kicking people while they're down. Why? Because three quarters of the time they've made some pretty fucking stupid choices and can't forgive themselves, so loathing others is their outlet, the morons. Don't listen to them. There are a lot of people with my personality, and those people will befriend you ^^

I'm sorry. I know that probably doesn't do much good but I do care. Nobody should have to go through with that and then have people who just won't let it go. You just have to keep going. There will be somebody who will look past what they hear and want to get to know you.

I lied a lot, started cutting, did pills and basically had an enormous breakdown. I went to the hospital 2 times in 7th grade, and even though I've let it go, it still haunts me through the people in my school.
