You just have to find the right brands and products for you! Makeup's different for everyone, so that's why there's different brands and whatnot. It's all about trial and error!

e.l.f. is a product I buy exclusively online at their website, but otherwise I go to Target for Sonia Kashuk and Walmart for Hard Candy.

it's all so cheap omfg I need to start shopping smartly like you! haha, I get overly priced makeup that isn't even that good. :\ I'm just weird about changing brands.

do you get your stuff at a certain store, or all over the place? I usually go to Sephora, but the liquid eye liner I get there is $22. as much as I love it, I can't be spending that much money every few weeks on eye liner.

On the scale of make up and how much it costs $8 isn't expensive.

It's cheap to some people, but expensive to others. It all depends on your definition of those words.

I hate to break it to you but Hard Candy is not expensive.

It is very nice, but soooo expensive. So I only get their eyeliner and mascara for X-Mas stocking stuffers from my Mama. So, that means I've gotta make that shit last. 8D; But I love Hard Candy, the price is 100% worth it! The Top Ten Palette in Blue is soo super gorgeous, but I didn't have enough money on me at the time so I just got the Naturally Gorgeous set. ANYways...Seriously, you need to try Hard Candy. It's so nice! Wet N' Wild makes my skin itch way bad (it's super sensitive plus I get excema on my face. :c) so I stick to what I posted. I've seen Blackheart before, but I've been wary of trying new makeup lately. ):

Ever since I heard NIcki Minaj playing, Hot Topic has been, like, foregin to me now. I walked in noe day, screamed, "NOPE!" and walked back out. :B So, yeah. XD

Avon's makeup looks nice... I've seen the Hard Candy line in Wal Mart and I'd buy it if it was just a teensy bit cheaper. I like cheap, cheap makeup since I have to buy it with my own money, hahaha :D Wet N' Wild is really good and Hot Topic (yes, yes I know, I know, the store that USED to be cool >.>)'s Blackheart Beauty line is awesome. :) I dunno, felt a need to put in my own two cents x)
