Dude, ah. That's awkward... well. Maybe bring it up and ask her why she lied about it? If you don't want to sacrifice your relationship then simply tell her that you want to about the scenario. If you're fearful she's not to be trusted ever again, then either gradually stop talking to her or burn that bridge ASAP.
