it's decriminalized in my state, though, so you have to get caught three times with less than half a pound before you even get jail time (and it's 2 days).

Ahh... I wish... :/ I live in super-dee-duper Republican Kansas and I'm pretty much positive that we'll be the last state to legalize cannabis OR same-sex marriage. Yah red state... -_-
I totally support the legalization of marijuana for medical AND recreational use, but i do think that, the medical aspect is getting a little... out of hand, would probably be the best term. I know of a lot of people who get their medical marijuana cards when they don't really have a need for it. I'm not saying this is everybody but a good number of people I know are like this, such as, before it was legalized for recreational use, my grandmother in Colorado who had no sort of physical or psychological ailments was in the process of getting one before the complete legalization of it... It's a little silly to me...
I don't have a problem with it. I honestly think...like Airi...that it should also be legal for recreational use.
I mean Alcohol is legal and has killed so many more people than pot ever has. I've never done an actual study on that, but I can pretty much bet on it.
I'm against all kinds of drugs but my mom would be one than happy to move from Greece there so she can take what she wants without the police drama we have in Greece and all.

I don't mind it, I actually fully believe marijuana should also be legal for recreational use as well. I'm from California too so I guess I just look at using pot as a normal thing since practically everyone uses it where I live. I've thought about getting myself a medical marijuana card and talking it over with my doctors to see if they agree, but it would also require convincing my parents to allow it. That would be the biggest hurdle. There's some drawbacks to living with your parents at this age. v.v
