I did. A heads up is letting you know BEFOREHAND and they let me know AFTER not BEFORE. There's a total difference!

I think that was your heads up, them telling you they changed it. They don't really give notices for stuff like that, it just happens.

Either way, if you feel too strongly about it, I suggest taking it up with Audrey. She can handle this situation better than I can, honestly.

Have I not distinguished that? I could've easily fixed it. PLUS in the rules it says no preposition shorter than 4 letters should be capitalized... Yet, the letter a is an article words, not a preposition. So that made no sense when I read it. But what upsets me is that I didn't receive a heads up just a random comment saying 'I fixed your story title' with no warning, plus I would've fixed it if I had known that.

Whomever it was didn't mean any harm, honestly. It's just their job here on Mibba, it's what their supposed to do so no one gets in trouble. Mibba requires proper titles when posting a story. I can understand why you'd be upset about it, absolutely, but please realize they didn't mean anything by it.

I really didn't appreciate letting me know beforehand that they were gonna change it and then leaving a surprise comment that says 'I changed your story do you didn't have to!' Randomly out of the blue.

If they're a Story Editor, then they're allowed to. It's actually their job to, so you won't get in trouble for it. I don't know the rules of being a Story Editor, so what they did may have been wrong. However, A is not supposed to be capitalized in a storytitle unless it's the first word.

Though if you feel this upset about it, you could either message them back politely and question them or message Audrey T (one of Mibba's Admins) about it.

It could just be a spammer.

Oh no, I wasn't asking for the user name, just if they had the Story Editor rank. Like where it says "Magazine Staff" for me, did it say Story Editor for them? Being a Story Editor would be the only way for them to actually change another user's story unless they were an added author to the story and I don't know if a Story Editor is allowed to just change a story without first messaging the user in question about it. If it worries you, you could always message Audrey with the name of the user and ask her if editors are allowed to do that, but definitely don't post it publicly. Just send a private message to Audrey, she's an admin on here. Or you could ignore it if you don't want to bother with it. Either way, it's whatever you choose. ^^

It was seriously just like no initial comment. They didn't even say 'please change this' they just did -.- I'm not mentioning who cause I got get banned or something

Did the person have a Story Editor rank? If they did, I don't know how the Story Editors do things nowadays so I dunno if they're allowed to edit these things without first informing the user of it and giving them a chance to change it. You could message Audrey and ask if they are allowed to do that or not.

If they didn't have that rank then I dunno what was up with their message.
