I'll check it out; probably a bit late though because I've got cousins visiting this weekend and I gotta get to bed x) Sounds really good :3

    Same here. :)
Yeah. I know, that's one of the only downfalls about it. If you want, you can check out my story 'Lucifer's Angel'. I just updated that one. It's original as all get out.

Same. I love sleeping. I will be awake but still try to go back to sleep sometimes x)
I like mibba, I mean, I'm glad it's still around. Original fiction is good; it's just nearly impossible to get any feedback with writing :(

Lol. :D I just sleep and can't be woken up by hardly anything.
    Exactly!
I've grown used to new mibba now though. I'm one of those that tends to keep the really crazy original fiction section alive.

Haha well I have 0 access to weed, which is obviously a Pink Floyd thing, so I think next would be spazzing out with cold and flu medicines. And my head does do really strange stuff when I'm on them and sick, so.
Yeah. Now we're all expected to know all of the bbcode and whatnot. It's like... maybe some of us just aren't very literate with computers, alright? I honestly don't like much of anything about new mibba, except for maybe the mini sites. And only the Avengers fanfiction one because I don't like any of the other fandoms that have their own sites at the moment. And thank you, it really was ;3

    I have.
It does. :) That sounds like a wonderful plan. o_o Feel free to tell me what happens if you have to do that. xD
That was probably my least favorite thing about new mibba. The mostly disregarded custom profiles. I want to change mine, but I can't figure out how to anymore. And for the record, that sounds epic!

Then you've had good experiences then, pertaining to military life :)
Hehe, yes. For some reason music sounds better when you're sick. Next time I get the flu and I'm chugging ny-quil, I'm going to put on a Pink Floyd album and see what happens x)
I should do it; but I dunno how to do the custom profiles. I miss old mibba where they actually had layouts pre-made if you couldn't do it yourself. :/ I had a wicked all black satan-esque one, it was epic. x)

I haven't heard much on their military. And yes, they do. :) Not only do I have family that's been in the military, but plenty of great friends as well.
Bodom is the shit. Hands down! I do the same thing! I got sick one morning before school so I stayed home, I put their album blooddrunk on when I went back to sleep and I was out like a light.
That didn't sound evil, I agree with you. :) I love it when people do that. I suggest the band Carach Angren for sure. They're are amazing. o_o

Yeah, I would never want to go to Japan. I've seen a lot of military docs on TV and such, it sounds like such a scary place to go. It's awesome at least they have something to be proud of though; with my family the honorable people are far and few in between.
Did I ever mention how much I actually love Bodom? xD Morbid Angel and Cradle of Filth are awesome too. I will literally go to sleep listening to Cradle of Filth albums. It's weird... and I think I will check out your band list; I love it when people put their "band lists" out there. For some reason it lets me deeper into who they are. (that sounded really evil. >.>)

Yeah. My older brother was in the Marines for 7 years. I was just 3 or 4 when he graduated. I didn't much understand why he had to leave back then, but I knew it was for a good reason. My cousin Allison has been in the Marines for four years now and is close to getting out. She's been in Japan for 3 years, so I can't really blame her for wanting to come home.
Ah, thats true. I got into Amon Amarth because of bands like Bodom and Enisferum. I don't remember exactly why I decided to check them out, but I've listened to them for 2 or 3 years now. You should check my band list out on my profile. I'm sure there's some you'll like! :D

I see. :) and yeah, I can see where that'd bother you a little. My mom was legitimately fearful for my uncle when he first enlisted (they're very close).
Black Stone Cherry is cool, though! They're like southern rock's answer to Nickelback. (bad analogy, but you get my point) well, in their defense, Amon Amarth isn't exactly popular. I know who they are because I'm borderline fascinated with Norse mythology, and I love Vikings. Well, I knew who they were before then but I never gave them a listen until like a few months ago. You know how it is for bands that target a certain audience, their sucess depends on how big that audience is.

I have a military family, and I'm in the NJROTC program at my school, so military has always been there in my life. The only thing that bothers me is the idea of having so many friends going in. 3 of the units seniors are going into the Navy, one is going into the Army, and then there's a number of juniors wanting to join too.
We're the bluegrass state. We only have Black stone Cherry. xD There's people here who like rock and metal and stuff, and I'm friends with most of them, but when it comes to stuff like Amon amarth or anything like that, nope.

My school is only for 12 months, and they help you find jobs. I'm glad my mom suggested it because it's going to be nearly perfect. The military scares me. I'm paranoid to begin with, but yeah. Before I was just going to get a job out of highschool and see how well I could do.
ooh Kentucky :) heh, I know how you feel. New England collectively has an awesome music scene (we have a band called Candy Striper Death Orgy, therefore everyone's argument is irrelivant), but the specific town and area in general where I live, forget about it. I like all types of music, but the music I REALLY love is the music nobody knows, lol

I feel the same way. I don't know. I guess that's what I'll be trying to figure out for the next three years until I graduate high school. It just depends if I end up leaning more towards the military than I already am. Right now, I'm thinking National guard to pay for school, but that's a slim option.
I live way down in KY. There's no one here who likes my type of music much either.

Thanks. :) I'm hoping to do that, maybe. I know that whatever I do, I'm going to end up missing something. What are you going to do before music? I live in NH. what about you?

I understand your reasoning. I'm in the same boat. Once you get financially established though, you should go back at it. :) Never know what'll happen. That's what I'm doing. What state do you live in, if you don't mind my asking.

Bahaha yes, yes it should ;)
I just don't think it'll happen for me. I'm going to beauty school when I graduate, I want to get myself financially established by then, and I haven't had any luck at all finding people interested in music as I am that want to be in a band with me for the past 5 years, I doubt that streak will break xD

Lol, what the hell? An Mp3 player should be happy to have such epic music!
Same here, and why wouldn't you be able to be a musician? I want the same thing.

my mp3 player started doing the same thing. My brother is 13 and hates most of my music, he said it killed itself so it wouldn't have to deal with metal anymore. -.-
I cannot live without music. It's been there for me when nobody else could, or when I was too afraid to ask people around me for help. I'm not going to get to be a musician like I always wanted to be, but the dream still stands. :)
