    I couldn't agree more!
Well, I have one thing to say though: Emilie and Emily isn't the same all over the world ... I've actually been wondering, do you pronounce Emilie and Emily as the same, in the English language? ... Sorry, I've just been wondering, because in Denmark it's more common to be named Emilie than it is to be named Emily, lol :P
I would pronounce Emilie and Emily the same and I'm in Scotland.

Arranged marriages which took place in Greece and in the past, is something you have to read and seeing as there isn't a story like that here, I may write one.

About the names being spelled in a different way, I'd say no because in every country the names don't say the same, the spelling changes. And I like seeing names that aren't usually used. Names like John, Matt and more like those aren't names I like to use.

Arranged marriages, if you are talking for the ones found on mibba and quizilla then I have to agree with you. I like arranged marriages that take place in other countries.

Mental illnesses and drug addictions, I love stories like those but only if the person writing them has experience or has done re-search.

Romance, I usually don't like stories which are based only on romance. I prefer if the basic genres are mystery, fantasy or tragedy with bits of romance.

Comedy, I don't really like reading comedies.

I just love vampires and demons.

That's my opinion on things I hate in stories.
I agree with you on the last part - what happened to names like Sarah, Jane, Mary, and Anne? Sort of plain names, you know. Personally I'm a fan of names that are uncommon, but you wouldn't raise an eyebrow at them. Names you wouldn't hear every day. Like Georgia, Scarlet, India, Jackson - I'm a huge fan of place names as names. Weird

Arranged marriages I'll only read if they take place in a country that actually practices them, or did in the past, and the story is set in the past. If it's in modern-day USA or UK, no, I won't read it. I will backspace immediately.

As for comedy, yeah, you're right. It has to be done well.

I'll probably edit the entry and elaborate.

Yes to all. I'm okay with romance and I like vampires but it all depends on the way it's written. I rarely read any vampire stories on here but I write them a lot. It's fun to either keep them Stoker traditional or make them your own.

Definitely agreeing with the spelling errors. It just ruins everything for me in some stories. Typos are fine, everyone makes them, but there are some that make me wonder about people. And my name is Emmalee Shifty I know I have a weird name. Sad tehe
Your name isn't weird. This is now the part where you tell me your name is actually Emmalee Blossom Braveheart Costello Tigerlily Amy Lee Raven Evanescence Fifi Trixibelle Way. File

    @ megurine luka

I wouldn't know! OMG NO! I've seen that name both as "Ayeisha" and "Ayesha" and I can't even get my head around how to pronounce it. Shifty

    @ whimsical waves

Thank you for the recommendation Crazy I've been really put off vampires by Twilight and the like. I mean, I like the old Dracula films and that, but that's different. tehe

I agree with all of this, except for the vampires. I think if someone is willing to try hard enough, they can come up with a reasonable plot, especially if the traits of the vampire are subtle. If you'd like an example, check out this. It's quite original.

But oh my god, I hate when there's no mention of family at all. Facepalm Let's be realistic, people.
