That's all really shitty stuff to have to deal with, but I think instead of fearing them (aside from the rape thing) you should grow from them and use them as learning experiences. While I'm sure you are aware that your parents can't stick around forever, use the fear to prepare yourself for it. Same with heartbreak. It's bound to happen. Just be aware that these things must happen, and the only thing you can really do is allow them to strengthen you. Don't let your fears hold you back.
