@ vengenz. *high fives* It's going to be great, I've been dying to see them for six years and have missed like five concerts! We might end up seeing each other, which would be super cool :D
@ BatAlice. I'm really short too, but this is the first gig I've even had the sitting down option, but I am pretty excited! It will be nice not having to line up to get a decent spot too :)
I like the look of those books very much, and ended up buying the whole Inkheart trilogy (oops) but it was only like £3 second hand! I also got Lost Souls because that looked good, I'm going to have too many to read at this rate haha
@ Artist Vs. Poet I just looked at the description for that book and damn it looks good! I just ordered it and am planning to order a bunch of John Green books next week, thank you so much!
I have to sit for the more hardcore/busy gigs because I'm always shorter than everybody and it stops me enjoying the gig x) if it's given you a seat number, it's designated seating, so you won't need to bother lining up.
As far as book recommendations go, if you like darker stuff you can go for Lost Souls by Poppy Z. Brite, if not then Inkheart by Cornelia Funke is a very comforting read :)
I'm seeing Avenged in December too and I'm sitting as well. The seat numbers that they gave you will be the ones you're sitting in. So I think it means no waiting for hours because you have a designated seat!
Oh Looking For Alaska is my favorite book ever! Have you read Dream Land by Sarah Dessen? I just finished it and I thought it was wonderful. Anything by John Green is good, I've read a lot of his.
The Book Thief by Markus Zusak, The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern, anything by Neil Gaiman or Terry Pratchett, the Lucifer Box novels by Mark Gatiss.
Me too, I'm so excited about it that I could barely breathe when I got the tickets 0.0
