In my opinion, it's the matter of preference. In Wattpad, I have noticed that the 1D fandom is pretty huge there so if you're a fan of them, you'll probably choose Wattpad. Meanwhile in Mibba, we are made up of different fandoms - not just 1D.
I noticed that some stories in Wattpad are not grammatically correct and even if the story's plot is too cliche and predictable, the amount of comments is astounding. Here in Mibba, we have beta readers who can help you fix your grammar. We're pretty honest when it comes to critiquing. We'll tell you what you did good and bad. It's all up to you if you're open-minded or not. And in addition to that, stories here look more professional because we are strict about the capitalization rules (basically, the story rules).
For me, Mibba will help you grow as a writer while Wattpad cannot. But like I said, it's about preference.

The only thing I want to add is that I've been on both wattpad and mibba for more than five years and mibba is better. More friendly and you can grow as a writer here.
