It's hard to tell what exactly is causing each issue. There are a myriad of things in each section that could be causing this. As far as the centering issue goes, go into the content menu, drop that down and make sure the box that says "right" isn't checked.
as far as the spacing goes, that could be line height in either the title, subtitle, or even the content.
