Thanks for the feeback. I have been writing for years so I am pretty good with rating, most of my stories are nc-17 for explicit content. The ones not involving anything major, I only have a few of those and they would only be considered pg13 so I think I am safe on that, thank you.

We can do IP bans, but we generally don't - I think there's probably been like three occasions in all of Mibba history, so it's not a problem if siblings (or people sharing a computer) each have an account.

If you're writing a story about rape/abuse, you just need to make sure it's rated properly - you can take a look at the Story Types, Genres, and Ratings to figure out which rating you'll need to use. Or if you're still unsure, you can just message a story editor and ask and they should be able to help once you give them some specifics.

What do you guys do if you have two family members in one household that both would like an account? I read that you guys ban by ip so you can't make new accounts? I am just honestly curious, my sister currently lives in ireland but may be moving back in with my family and she uses mibba too.

Story rules have not changed any? I should probably go back and read the tos and such, I haven't done that since I first started my account. I just wanted to make sure because my stories can be pretty out there and mention things as far as real life for example rape and abuse.

Thank you so much for this. It's reasons like this that I still avidly write on Mibba and that it is the first place I come to, to write. I absolutely love how vigilant you and the staff remain to keep this a comfortable and safe place to write. Thank you <3

I just wanted to take a quick moment to thank you, I've never had a negative experience on Mibba and I think I'm very lucky because of that, but it's also a direct result of the admins and moderators working so hard. Thank you thank you thank you <3

    God Bless,

    xoxo

I have a question; I see some people, and myself, who post things about their personal lives. Sometimes this includes badmouthing someone who wronged them or parents that they're angry with. Is this also grounds for bashing as well? I mean, it is on a bit of different ground if you think about it. I want to know so if I get angry with my parents one day, that a blog ranting about them will get me kicked off of this site forever.
It depends on how you 'badmouth' them. If you're saying something like "I think my parents are so unfair. I hate that they won't let me do this-or-that and how they treat my friends," then that's fine. It counts as bashing when you start to insult those people, for example, "I think my parents are so unfair. My father is such an idiot, my mother is an asshole, and I wish my brother were dead."

So complaining venting about people you know in real life is fine until you start with the insult and put-downs. And, of course, you won't be 'kicked off the site forever' if you do slip into insulting/bashing someone, but you'll be given a temporary ban.

Yup. But there's nothing we (the staff) can do to fix the reporting function. We have to wait until Dujo fixes it.

Until then, passing along this information (that users should report directly to blog mods or admins) is important - which is why blog mods regularly post blogs sending out information on how to report things.

We can also post a message on the My Mibba page about that as well.

One of the issues with reporting, I think, is not every user catches a blog telling them how to report, so they just use the handy dandy report function and it doesn't work.
